As part of the interview process for an Internship at Bubblegum Stuff (March 2018) I was invited by Courtney Wood to design posters that advertised a product (the Emoji Sock). The target audience was the Millennial demographic. Captions were short and easy to understand, whilst also using wordplay to encourage consumers to buy the product (short form copy).
As the socks are a novelty product, I took into the company’s tagline into consideration (‘Far From Usual’) to generate quirky and fun content.
Whilst I was ultimately unsuccessful with my application, this exercise proved valuable in enabling me to work with a brief and also a scheduled deadline.
